From April 9 to 12, the restaurant Mugasa – which many consider serving the best suckling pig in Portugal – is coming to Lisbon for an exclusive pop-up at Páteo, in Bairro do Avillez, at both lunch and dinner. For the first time, Chef Ricardo Nogueira will leave his restaurant for four days to prepare and serve his famous suckling pig. For several years, Mugasa has been a gastronomic destination. During the Mugasa pop-up at Bairro do Avillez, suckling pig lovers will be able to experience – or relive – the unique pleasure of having the best suckling pig at the table without leaving the city.
What will be served? A selection of dishes that reflects Mugasa’s identity and its deep connection to tradition: Cabidela de Leitão, Mugasa Suckling Pig, and Aletria, prepared according to the chef’s mother’s recipe.
During the pop-up, the regular Páteo menu will also remain available.
